Wow, we have been having a great time in Orchard Hills. September brought us a wonderful picnic at the park and October brought the Halloween celebration at the circle. We are now looking forward to Santa's arrival December 12th and all of the decorated houses during the month of December. May everyone have a wonderful holiday season.

Holiday Events

Santa will arrive at the Westbury Circle on Saturday, December 12, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.

The annual Holiday House Decoration judging will be held during the week of December 15-17. You must be a member in good standing (i.e. paid dues or senior citizen) to be eligible for a prize in the Holiday House Decoration judging. If you wish to become a member, please contact your district director or mail your $10 dues check to PO Box 104, Lutherville MD 21094.

Holiday Train Garden

Join kids of all ages for the Holiday Train Garden at the Fire Museum of Maryland. See 40 antique fire engines and a 1950s “O” Scale Train Garden. Trash, Recycling and Yard Waste

We have been asked to remind residents not to put their trash containers, recyclables or yard materials in the gutter.  Besides being against the law, if a severe rain comes, it may dam up the flow, wash away if light enough, or cause materials to be strewn along the gutter/street and may wash into the storm drains, either clogging them or wind up in the Baltimore Harbor or Chesapeake Bay.
