Hi Everyone! Welcome to Fall! I don't know about you, but I am definitely ready for some cooler weather. I hope your families are transitioning well into the new temperatures and the new school year. Please remind your children to be considerate at the bus stop. We need to make sure we are not leaving any trash or being disrespectful at pick up and drop off times. At the same time, please make sure that your sidewalks and curbs are free of wet leaves to keep everyone safe. Halloween is just around the corner. We will be having our annual Ghostly Gathering at the circle. Fliers will be coming around soon with that information. Please be mindful and respect the trick or treating guidelines to ensure that everyone has a safe and happy Halloween. I hope you enjoy the weather and beautiful changing leaves. Peter and Barbara Liveright of Malbay Court, original home owners in Orchard Hills for 56 years, who celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on May 31.

Halloween
The annual Orchard Hills Ghostly Gathering will be held at the Westbury Circle on October 27 at 3pm. (Rain date October 28.) Prizes for the best costumes in each age group. Trick-or-treating will be on Halloween from 5pm until 8pm. Please put your porch light on if you are participating.
Picnic
The annual Orchard Hills picnic was held on September 15 at the park. It was a beautiful day and a good time was had by all who attended. Thanks to everyone who helped set up, clean up or contributed food.
